“We have been staying at Apple Valley Villas for 11+ years and we have stayed in about 9 different units. This one is by far my favorite and mainly because of the kitchen. We cook breakfast and an afternoon meal and having a full-sized refrigerator, a stove, and an oven was great. “Check in went smooth, dead mouse found in cabinet. Cleaning crew should have smelled and found this rather easily. AC did not work at all. Refrigerator did not work but freezer did. Property manager could not repair in a timely manner so after spending our first day of vacation dealing with these issues the front desk manager moved us to a more than adequate replacement property. New property was extremely nice. The front desk help was amazing in making the change. Very nice property however the……

“We are two couples who like to golf and love Rumbling Bald resort lifestyle. This place is by far the most modern we’ve stayed in. We loved it. The views, birdwatching and sounds of the creek in the quiet mornings are unbelievable. Everything was exceptional. I would say the only drawback is that the place is too modern.
