“Fairly new hotel. Clean room and friendly staff. There was an issue inside the room that couldn’t get fixed right away, front desk staffs tried their best to help, eventually front desk manager Jai was able to come up with the solution quickly. I would stay there again because of Jai’s professionalism and her crew. ”
“Our room is a good size and has great amenities. There were also some simple personal touches added--a bow made out of tissues for the tissue box was cute. The host on shift was very helpful in offering to help get our items to our room door on the second floor. The hotel is having some renovations, but our area isn't affected. The dining room is spacious. The area nearby has great shopping and dining options, and the location is near the highway and is easy to find. ”
