“Upon check-in lady at the desk was on her phone and hardly greeted me. Booked two rooms together, cost the same but in the end one bill was more than the other. Somehow, someone charged stuff from their store to my room but no one in my family purchased. Had to call the desk the next day, even though it was refunded back to me, it still was upsetting that someone can charge to your room without you knowing it. They should ask for an ID and not just name n room number.”

“It was a very good stay. The only concern we had was the tub/shower; it is a true safety hazard. Because of the soft water (which was appreciated), the tub was very slippery. Glad we are not any older or feebler or it could have been a problem. Otherwise, it was a very nice hotel.”

“No complaints! Thank you for the stay! It meet us right in the middle of the road on price. We had to travel for soccer and the hotel pricing allowed us to stay within budget and enjoying dinning along with our stay. “Fairly new hotel. Clean room and friendly staff. There was an issue inside the room that couldn’t get fixed right away, front desk staffs tried their best to help, eventually front desk manager Jai was able to come up with the solution quickly. I would stay there again because of Jai’s professionalism and her crew. ”
