“Due to a flight and a long drive from ORD, I arrived at the Carmel ESA around 3:40 AM. There was a phone at the door, so I picked it up and dialed 1 for check-in service. It was a pleasant experience—the ESA service lady came out and opened the door to assist with my check-in. Thank you, ESA!”

“Whole experience was great. Only issue we had was the toilet was backed up and when they SOMEWHAT fixed it. It flushed very very slowly. Also shower was draining properly at first. Did get that issue resolved.”

“Great stay. Only issue was the excessive $50 per day fee for my dog. That is about twice as much or more than Marriott or Hyatt. Probably will prohibit me from staying again. ”
