“Very nice and clean hotel. The room was gorgeous, with more amenities than I expected. The shower was amazing, the bed was so comfortable, and the kitchenette was very useful and had more than we needed. My wife and kids loved our stay and the hotel seemed to be in a safe area. The pool was very clean, as was the entire hotel. The breakfast had many options and was very delicious. The staff were all very pleasant, professional, and helpful. I intend to stay here again on my next trip to……
“I LOVED the complimentary happy hour drinks and the complimentary breakfast. The spread was the biggest I have ever saw at a hotel. It was delicious as well. The elevators all ran smoothly, the staff were all attentive and helpful. Loved the bartender, she had great energy. I also appreciated the size of the televisions in the room. I work for USPS and always stay here and recommend here to my colleagues when in the area for training! The only negative I experienced was that normally the beds……

“Due to a flight and a long drive from ORD, I arrived at the Carmel ESA around 3:40 AM. There was a phone at the door, so I picked it up and dialed 1 for check-in service. It was a pleasant experience—the ESA service lady came out and opened the door to assist with my check-in. Thank you, ESA!”
