“We had a room on the ground floor on the interior half on the hotel were there was a nice courtyard. Having a sliding door that gave us easy access and had 2 chairs and a small table on our own little patio was nice. The doors to the building from the parking areas other than the main entrance were secure 24 hours a day which gave us a nice sense of safety having said sliding door on our room. “This hotel is an All Star. It's beautiful. The lobby has been renovated but not updated; the lobby lounge has good food options; the rooms are classy and updated with great soaps, etc. There is a beautiful pool and a super hot tub. It's connected by a skywalk to the Keystone Mall with superior stores; the parking is connected and easy to use. I can't say enough good things. I enjoyed my stay there and since it is close to home, will definitely stay there again.”

“The hotel was amazing. Unfortunately there was a baseball team (young boys) that were very loud, running in the hotel halls all times of night when we were trying to sleep. The staff was aware of this but didn’t say anything to the parents that were sitting in the bar, not paying attention to the boys. At one point the boys were playing tag in the parking ramp!! ”
