“Very clean and quiet”

“Fairly new hotel. Clean room and friendly staff. There was an issue inside the room that couldn’t get fixed right away, front desk staffs tried their best to help, eventually front desk manager Jai was able to come up with the solution quickly. I would stay there again because of Jai’s professionalism and her crew. ”

“It’s very clean very nice place. The owners when you’re checking in are very nice. Very understanding. You can call them in the office. They will answer any issues you think you may have or need. This is my second stay and I have yet to been disappointed. I look forward to going back again”

“Nice rooms and beds”

“Loved our stay, the one bedroom set up was perfect and the hotel had every accommodation we needed. Pool, gym, laundry, bar/food open late, awesome buffet included and full kitchen with dishes/cutlery etc. Lots of great food/hangout/shopping options right next door. We come to Indy yearly for the 4th of July and will stay here again!”

“The property is clean and the staff is invested in it's being that way. The only negative is the breakfast hours. Being a holiday and the weekend some people like to take a more leisurely approach to having to be up and at'em by 9:30am. The hours should be extended to 10:30am at least. We couldn't even get a cup of coffee. Thankfully there is a nearby Speedway. Overall it was a pleasant experience. ”

“Front desk staff were amazing and top-notch for the 3 nights we stayed. They greeted us by name every time we came in or out offering a personalized welcome or a gracious goodbye. Lobby was immaculate and smelled amazing. Room was clean and chic staying with the railroad theme for the district we were in. Bathroom was generous for size with a large walk-in shower. Housekeeping was only done one of the days and they missed some of the empty glasses. Would have liked them to come the other……

“We were concerned when we pulled up to the front of the hotel because of the way it looked. But we were pleasantly surprised when we went in our room. The room was spacious and clean. The air conditioner worked great with the temp being 92 degrees. Check in was also great.”
