“Love the area and had a great stay ”

“Fairly new hotel. Clean room and friendly staff. There was an issue inside the room that couldn’t get fixed right away, front desk staffs tried their best to help, eventually front desk manager Jai was able to come up with the solution quickly. I would stay there again because of Jai’s professionalism and her crew. ”

“This hotel is absolutely atrocious. The rooms smell like old cigarettes. There are nicotine stains seeping through the paint. Halls smell like mildew. Do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else.”

“Just a little disappointed that I was told after I checked in and a room was assigned to me that the elevators didn’t work. It’s best to be open and upfront before checking someone in. They could be claustrophobic or have trauma from feeling trapped or medically not able to take the stairs. ”
