“The hotel was amazing. Unfortunately there was a baseball team (young boys) that were very loud, running in the hotel halls all times of night when we were trying to sleep. The staff was aware of this but didn’t say anything to the parents that were sitting in the bar, not paying attention to the boys. At one point the boys were playing tag in the parking ramp!! ”

“Upon check-in lady at the desk was on her phone and hardly greeted me. Booked two rooms together, cost the same but in the end one bill was more than the other. Somehow, someone charged stuff from their store to my room but no one in my family purchased. Had to call the desk the next day, even though it was refunded back to me, it still was upsetting that someone can charge to your room without you knowing it. They should ask for an ID and not just name n room number.”
