“Due to a flight and a long drive from ORD, I arrived at the Carmel ESA around 3:40 AM. There was a phone at the door, so I picked it up and dialed 1 for check-in service. It was a pleasant experience—the ESA service lady came out and opened the door to assist with my check-in. Thank you, ESA!”

“Front desk staff were amazing and top-notch for the 3 nights we stayed. They greeted us by name every time we came in or out offering a personalized welcome or a gracious goodbye. Lobby was immaculate and smelled amazing. Room was clean and chic staying with the railroad theme for the district we were in. Bathroom was generous for size with a large walk-in shower. “We were there for one night only, but have stayed in the past. Rooms are clean and comfortable. There is not a free breakfast option, but that did not matter to us. ”

“The property is clean and the staff is invested in it's being that way. The only negative is the breakfast hours. Being a holiday and the weekend some people like to take a more leisurely approach to having to be up and at'em by 9:30am. The hours should be extended to 10:30am at least. We couldn't even get a cup of coffee. Thankfully there is a nearby Speedway. Overall it was a pleasant experience. ”
