“The property management is awful. When I checked in- no starter items (toilet paper, soap etc.), came back later than night and items were there. Went to get in bed and found no sheets. Called management and they said- maybe tomorrow they could be delivered. In the morning, discovered we had no cold water so couldn’t shower because the water was so hot. Called repeatedly and was told they would try to fix it that day. No apologies for this huge inconvenience. The only positive about the……

“House was in a perfect location for all our touring needs. It was much better accommodating compared to a hotel. It could benefit from a better cleaning crew, considering we all pay 100 cleaning fee. ”

Something also not listed in description was that the owner’s car was parked outside in driveway most of our stay. At first we thought it was someone else in driveway but then found out it was the owner’s car. Then we were wondering if……
