“Just a perfect amazing experience from the second you walk in the door. Beautiful historic building. Very friendly and welcoming hosts. The wine and cheese happy hour with piano player was fantastic. Room was incredible - we stayed in Treetop Suite and I highly recommend. Breakfast was gourmet and cooked to order. We noticed most guests have been coming there for many years - I can see why. Add us to that list of regulars!”

“Basic motel totally renovated with simple but stylish furnishings. No one on premises but instant reply via text when we had trouble opening the keypad upon a return to the room. Nice location. Noise (from maybe kitchen fans at night from nearby restaurant ) took away from the quiet lawn setting with lots of Adirondack chairs. “What a delightful experience. Not a looker from the outside but wow on the inside! From the brownies and welcome drinks to the exceptionally designed rooms we were so happy we chose this inn. “It was a nice place to stay overall. They were in the middle of doing renovations at the time. Our room was nicely done, but it appeared that they didn’t update the bed. It wasn’t firm and somewhat worn which affected my sleep. The walls were thin and I could hear the person in the next room talking as if there wasn’t a wall. The complimentary breakfast was a nice treat. ”

“Little Lion Inn provides very basic services in very clean facilities with a welcome atmosphere at the Red Lion Inn. a few miles up the road. “We had a quick overnight in the area & this motel was a good value. Close to the highway & walking distance to restaurants, coffee & town. Check in was easy, staff is very kind & friendly. Our room was very basic but spacious & clean. We slept well. We would definitely stay here again. ”
