“Alsisar Haveli beautiful, elegant and impeccably maintained, with daily cleaning throughout. Restaurant was wonderful with a good mix of food choices. Rooms are spacious blending historical character with modern comforts. The courtyard area was calming and unique. The pool was a delightful. While not right in the city center, it is about 15 mins to Jaipur’s historic core. ”

“The Comfort Inn Sapphire is a great Western-style hotel close to the old city of Jaipur and a relatively short tuk-tuk (auto rickshaw) ride away from the Amber Fort (we paid 200 rupees). In terrms of the room, the bed was comfortable, the AC worked great (offering relief from the extreme heat of Jaipur in May), the shower had solid pressure and heat, the hotel provided complimentary bottles of water daily, and, overall, made for an extremely clean, comfortable stay.
