“no hot water, no hair dryer , window can not open utill we change room 3 times and requested firmly at front desk. But the service is friendly.”

“It’s a lovely palace but the bathroom toilet was not working properly. The first night we woke up to a pool of cold water. The hot water was minimal. You had to rush showering before the water went on the colder side. The bathroom was not well kept. We had requested a heater as the room was very cold. The area the hotel is in is dreadful. ”

Comfort inn seemed very greedy for money and seemed like they sold our booking to someone else for more money. And front end staff and manager very very unhelpful. ”
