“Chegamos no hotel, e tivemos a surpresa de que o mesmo nao tinha um quarto para a duracao de nossa reserva, apos uma longa discussão com o hotel acabamos reservando o JW marriot ao lado por 4x o preco que estavamos pagando e exigimos uma noite gratuita no dia da chegada, os mesmos nos informaram que podiamos comer por cortesia no hotel como nao haviam taxis ou carros na propriedade para nos levar a nenhum restaurante. No dia seguinte nos cobraram a refeição (terrivel). ”

“Spacious. Poorly maintained and managed Although one person who is alrounder who was helping in reception, taking orders in restaurant and serving too. Helping in room. He is star of this place. Forgot his name. Rest everything is pathetic ”
