“One of the nicest places we’ve ever stayed. I had made a mistake when booking dates and Colleen at your front desk was so forgiving and accommodating even though I didn’t book directly. When we went to our room it didn’t have a balcony so she very generously upgraded us to an incredible room with a beautiful view to watch the sunset. We will come back and recommend to all our friends! This was southern hospitality at its best! If I could give 10 stars I would! Thanks again Coleen and Denise and……

“We loved this stay, the location was perfect as it was 5 minutes away from our Son's house. The property was very clean and very accommodating. We would recommend this property to anyone coming to Charleston. Short drive to downtown and Folly Beach, one of our favorite places to visit.”

If you turn right on Folly Road out of the neighborhood you run into Folly Beach within 15 minutes…if you turn left on Folly Road you’ll be in downtown Charleston in 10 minutes. “Communication was thorough and house was larger than expected. I really appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, laundry, and even Netflix! Wish it were a bit closer to the beach but if I had to, I’d visit again. Folly Beach is now on the top of our list for favorite East Coast Beaches!! ”

“We did just a one night stay on our drive from Ohio to Florida, wanted a city with things to do and about halfway. We picked Charleston and found this perfect home for our stop. Great location in a quiet neighborhood where I felt safe walking our dog and close to the spots we wanted to check out. The host is great to communicate with and the house was very clean and quiet to get our rest to continue our traveling. I highly recommend. ”

“Private suite on the left side of a rancher including private entrance and backyard. Very nicely constructed and spacious. Prime location on James Island just off the main drag. Owner was very responsive when batteries died on the smart lock. ”

“Stayed here to visit my son who recently moved to Charleston. The space was perfect and within driving distance of many points of interest. It had everything you could ask for. “Our overall feel of the property was that it was clean and private. We stayed with our two kids so four of us total and we were comfortable. There was a metal frame and foam mattress folded up in the closet which easily fit in front of the king sized bed with walking room around it to the other side of the bed. I appreciate the property manager kept us informed before check in, they had a little problem with the A/C and the technician was still on premises to fix it. We arrived at 4 and they……
