“We loved our stay! Teresa was very kind and accommodating, and the locations was perfect! If you turn right on Folly Road out of the neighborhood you run into Folly Beach within 15 minutes…if you turn left on Folly Road you’ll be in downtown Charleston in 10 minutes. We would definitely stay there again! Thank you Teresa!!”

“Communication was thorough and house was larger than expected. I really appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, laundry, and even Netflix! Wish it were a bit closer to the beach but if I had to, I’d visit again. Folly Beach is now on the top of our list for favorite East Coast Beaches!! ”

“Our overall feel of the property was that it was clean and private. We stayed with our two kids so four of us total and we were comfortable. There was a metal frame and foam mattress folded up in the closet which easily fit in front of the king sized bed with walking room around it to the other side of the bed. I appreciate the property manager kept us informed before check in, they had a little problem with the A/C and the technician was still on premises to fix it. We arrived at 4 and they……

“Conveniently located out near the beach. Drive into Charleston was quick and easy. Enjoyed watching the tides come and go on the marsh. Inside was clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed. Would stay again!”

“The perfect weekend getaway even when the weather can’t decide what to do! We came here for our 45th wedding anniversary and it did not disappoint! The bed was comfy, the scenery was beautiful, the wildlife was phenomenal, the apartment was well appointed with everything we needed, it was clean and quiet. We got a neighbor upstairs, but that was all good too. We coexisted nicely and there was plenty of space for all of us outside. The neighborhood is nice for walks and fun bike rides too! Close……

“Stay Duvet was super responsive to anything that came up which were super minor things with the internet. They checked in on us day of check in, day of check out to see if we needed anything. Space was clean and comfortable. Only drawback was no TVs in the bedrooms as I’m someone that prefers to sleep with the TV on but the listing didn’t say there were TVs in bedrooms so that’s on me. Would definitely stay there again. ”

“The Iris was exactly what I needed, except maybe the car carousel. Technically, my vehicle fits on the SUV carousel, but not really. That was frustrating, especially since I slightly damaged my door. User error. The location of The Iris is perfect. Just off the highway and a few blocks from the famous King Street. This is downtown/old town Charleston, so you might feel a little uneasy if you aren't familiar with being downtown in a city. However, The Iris has its own tall gate system that……
