“We had a great one night stay! Great communication. The house was perfect for us and way better than we expected. Cozy beds, great fireplace and living space to have a warm cozy night. Will be saving this house for a future snow trip. ”

“We had a lovely time. Everyone is so friendly in Twain Harte, but groceries are expensive. The cabin is a bit dated and run down in some areas but is all functional. Bring your own coffee. Wood was provided but more kindling would have been nice. The house is cozy. The beds are soft but we are spoiled so the queen size was small. The house and neighborhood are quiet and relaxing. Even with lights on I found the house rather dark, which I enjoyed, but I was glad flashlights were provided……

“My family really enjoyed our stay in Arnold. I loved the furnishings and the view from the window in the living room was beautiful! There was quite a bit of snow when we arrived and we had some shoveling to do to access the grill & hot tub. Luckily, my sons enjoyed the novelty of the task and got right on it.My only issue was that I wished there was some sort of binder with instructions. I am technologically lame so I struggled with how the thermostat worked and how to get the fireplace……

“We came for the our annual snow trip, but there was NO SNOW!! We were shocked but we made the best of it. The cabin is a gem and we truly enjoyed our time here. Spacious and clean and very well organized. Darlene was very communicative and responsive to any questions I had prior to our trip. Our first time here, my niece had made all arrangements and was familiar with the area. We were not and this was my first time booking with VRBO and driving into the Pinecrest area, so we were a bit anxious……

“You can tell a lot of love has gone into it. Big kitchen with gas stove. Room for 2-3 working the kitchen at one time. I guess my only complaint is we had a hard time getting into the driveway with 2 feet of snow and icy conditions. I would definitely recommend it. ”

“Keith the owner was here when we arrived. Great guy. Communication con the home was great. Easy getting in and out. The home is perfect for a small family. Decorating was really nice. For being a pet friendly home. You really couldn’t tell I hey allowed them. Super clean and comfortable. I would book here again no question. ”

“Enjoyed the place, the lake, and everything in the surrounding area!”

“Myself, husband, and kids stayed for 4 days in the heat of summer. There's no ac (we knew that already when we booked) so it works fine if you plan on being out enjoying the lakes during the day, which we did. I'd suggest having 1 or 2 more fans available for air flow. It was already pretty uncomfortably warm inside by 9am and another fan would make sleeping more comfortable. My only real complaint would be pet hair on all the furniture. We didn't feel comfortable sitting on the sofa or widow……

“Beautiful cabin, beautifully furnished and the bathrooms were awesome. The kitchen had everything we needed to have meals in...and to not have to go out!! With family living in the area, we'll be staying there again.”

“The property was nice like the old cabin feel. Has all the amenities needed. Gas BBQ in back patio with other areas to hang out in. Close to town and in a nice neighbor. Only suggestions i would give is to have at least one patio covered and cover the BBQ. We had rain but didnt stop us.”

“Decided to take the kids to the snow last minute. Needed a place where we could bring our dog. Home was clean and, in a nice quiet neighborhood. We were able to park our large SUV in the garage. Very Comfortable beds, had all the amenities. 20 min to Bear Valley Ski Resort. All in all was a very comfortable home, will definitely stay here again”

“This place is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the clean mountain air. We came in late April and it seemed like the lake closed early. Parking seemed a little expensive for a short stay but overall it was very enjoyable. I would stay here again. ”

“The house was perfect for our family. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. Beautiful views from the window. Quiet neighborhood. My teens enjoyed the pool table and snowboarding close by. We definitely recommend. ”

“Comfortable beds . Lots of space to find quiet or fun. . for kids …. Only bad … . Did not have internet access or phone service no AT@T reception. Had to drive to forest meadows to make a phone call. Even with inconvenience… we still had a lot of fun playing foos ball and air hockey. Great location . Be mindful of bears. They were near by.Would rent again .”
