“Weekend trip to Edenton was fantastic! The Bungalow is within walking distance to everything. We parked our car and it sat until we left. The house is extremely clean and the perfect size for a couple... more than we needed to be honest since we ate out every meal haha! Enjoyed sitting on the back porch with a bottle of wine in the evening and coffee on the front porch in the morning. Theona is a great host and communicator. “My girlfriend and I stayed for 3 nights and. overall, enjoyed this house. Pros: clean, easy check in, easy communication with manager, fire pit, porch, location Cons: bed in 2nd bedroom uncomfortable as it has gaps where it folds, advertized hot tub but when we contacted to ask if it was clean and usable, we were told it had not been opened. “House was sparkling clean and warm and inviting. All of the furnishings and decorations had obviously been chosen with care. Bed was comfy and towels were fluffy. Location was perfect. We walked downtown and to the waterfront. We would definitely stay there again. ”

“We loved the cottage and our stay! The view was amazing! We went into Outer banks 2 times and the near by refuge as well. It’s definitely a rural property so shops and restaurants were a bit of a drive but we had everything we need to cook and grill. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. Johanna and Trip were quick to communicate with us and help answer questions. Our kiddos did not want to leave at the end of the stay! ”

“Property was lovely, but we didn’t know that there were other, smaller buildings for rent as well on the same property. It was a bit unnerving to have someone else there we didn’t know, but we all just kept to ourselves. There was some miscommunication about how to access the house that I blame on Expedia and Vrbo. The rental was done on Expedia but the majority of necessary information was done on Vrbo. Phone and WiFi were scarce in the area so it was difficult to resolve.”
