Sunsets from the back deck simply couldn't be beat. There is beach access directly behind the house, but it's not ideal for swimming. “We had a wonderful 9 days in Cape Charles! The house has a very spacious and thoughful floorplan while giving us space together and apart. Although our group had 3 families, it felt like our home away from home and it had everything we needed for 5 adults and 5 children ages 2 - 16. Our hosts were very responsive and helpful when we needed them and in making suggestions for the area. Being a native of The Shore, I loved the house's location as it was close enough to the beach and far enough away……
