“The hotel is EXTREMELY not clean. There were bed bugs on our mattress and I got bitten badly. After we examined the mattress, we also noticed a huge stain at the end of the bed, couldn't tell if it's coffee or blood. The front desk assistant manager Sage was helpful in that she helped us get our payment back and moved us to the Hampton Court hotel next door after we reported the bed bug issue. But still--I have never lived in a hotel where there were bedbugs, even in motels that are $50 dollars……

“I stayed in a Suite at this hotel, and it was beyond lovely. It was very luxurious, but also whimsical and fun. The room was extremely cosy, and I really appreciated the bath tub and supplied bath robe. The lobby area was exquisite, too.”
