“Had a wonderful time visiting with family , it was a perfect location for us as my parents live just a couple blocks down the road. This is our second time staying here and as before it was a very nice, clean and cozy place to have family under one roof celebrating the holidays ”

The location was private and quiet and the property manager was easily accessible when needed. Overall a great stay. We would definitely stay again ! ”

Only slight negative was one bathroom, but we knew that going into it so wasn't a problem. Cathi was awesome!!... instantaneous communication every time i reached out ”

“Lovely house. Everything we needed to host Thanksgiving for my mom. We loved sitting in the living room, chatting, watching football and enjoying the place. Very relaxed setting. Bed in the main bedroom is firm and super comfortable (just the way we like it.) Decor was well done as well. We'll be back!”

I also note that Vrbo allows hosts to charge insanely high host fees that can inflate the costs of stays in an underhanded fashion, but here the pricing and host fees were reasonable, and I appreciate the straightforward approach to cost advertising”
