“From booking to checking in to leaving, the whole process could not be any easier or pleasant. The house was perfect for 5 people and 2 dogs. Great job all the way around!”

“Our family of four (children 6 & 8) loved the tee pee and the property. The unit was clean and well appointed for cooking simple meals. The pool was so much fun for the kids and we loved the hot tub for relaxing. The farm animals on property and basketball court were a fun plus. Location was great- about 30 mins both to downtown Chattanooga and Rock City. We will definitely be back and check out other rentals in the development. This would be perfect to bring a group and everyone rent their own……

Our first impression wasn’t great- the host didn’t respond to any communication until check in time, though communication was excellent during the stay. When we arrived, it was after dark. There were no lights outside, by the door, or inside. We fumbled around after walking up a steep hill in the dark. Not good. The room we stayed in is absolutely not a whole house, as it was listed. “Great location that only a few miles outside Chattanooga and near Ruby Falls and hikes. Would recommend for anyone looking for some quiet but accessible to the city. Also check out the Cat cafe but book ahead as tickets go fast! ”

“My husband and I really enjoyed our stay! The property manager was very quick to respond to our concerns about the leaking fridge, broken window, and leaking window in the master bedroom. My husband picked up trash under the deck. There was a lot of beer cans, bottles, and plastic bags caught on the limbs by the cliffs. Maybe have the cleaners check every so often on the trash around the cliffs. The hot tub also had mold on the jets and in the water. I think it just needs a little TLC to get it……
