“Excellent property for a family getaway. It is right by the river which makes it unique. Big enough to accommodate a bigger family or multi-family vacation. The cottage is within walking distance to the local grocery store and several eateries. Also perfectly distanced to other VT spots like Stowe or Burlington...which was about 1 hour driving to each.. Kids loved a day at the Pumphouse Waterpark which was 15 mins away. Overall, perfect location, amenities and environment to take in Vermont's……

“Close to Jay Peak & restaurants on Newport’s Main St but laid out awkwardly. Bathroom is huge but living room is cramped. I was a little worried that we would be cold since it didn’t look well insulated, but the heat was good & strong & it didn’t take long to warm up. Owner likes fish & angels, which dominate the decor. ”

“We stayed here around Christmas time. We were skiing nearby. Location was great. With the snow the cabin was great for views. There were some issues with the internet/tv working for the first few days- but was addressed. There was a little issue with the shower downstairs leaking- we sent a video the first day but little could be done. Little issues ”

“We stayed in this VRBO to ski in Jay Peak. It was a great size for my husband, two teen boys and I. Kitchen is well stocked and it was very warm and clean. My only issue was that I didn't realize there was a 5:00pm check in. (So pay attention.) and even with the 5:00 check in, we weren't able to get in until 5:15. The host felt really bad, but still inconvenient. One more thing, if you are sensitive to fragrance like we are, there are plug in air "fresheners" in every outlet. It was over……

“This unity was extremely clean and comfortable. We were there for my sons hockey tournament at Jay Peak and we received nearly a foot of snow during our visit. I contacted the property owner because my arm is broken and they promptly sent out a nice man to help shovel us out. There is also a shuttle that picks you up right outside and will take you around the area so we didn't have to drive in the snowy conditions. You can also walk right out onto the mountain and ski down to the ski lifts.……

“Terrific stay all around. Condo was clean, comfortable, well stocked and as described. Location was very central to Jay base lodges with a short 100 yard walk through woods to ski trail (and no walk / ski right up to condo on way back). Chris was great on communication throughout. Will definitely consider coming back.”
