“We loved our stay at Bruce and Claudia’s little hideaway! It was a great place to stay with our dogs during a trip to the Placerville area. It’s close enough to downtown, but far enough away to experience the peace and quiet of the river! Everything was as described, you have your own space and privacy, but they are close by if you ever need anything. We will definitely come back and stay again!”

“We enjoyed our stay at this lovely cabin. So much nicer than staying in a hotel, and a quick drive to stores and restaurants and to visit family. It was really clean, inviting, and the decor was nice. All the comforts of home, quiet, and tucked away in a beautiful area. “This was a little piece of heaven. We were in the area for a family members wedding. The house acted as a meeting spot for family to tuch basis and plan. It was nice and quiet, with beautifully lit pathways and ample outside areas to relax. The decorations in the home were done with care for detail. I highly recommend this place for a nice relaxing weekend getaway, or vacation rental. It won't disappoint. 👍😊”

“My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Carolyn’s home. Everything was super clean, light switches and other things were clearly labeled for easier accessibility, and she has many complimentary common items for use that guest might need during their stay! We had some trouble figuring out how to use the AC units and she quickly came over (within minutes) and turned them on for us. The property is quiet, cozy, and perfect for a stay in Orangevale/near Sacramento! ”

“The house was adorable and decorated with a farmhouse look. The pool was amazing, clean, with a large deck and plenty of patio furniture. The property had decorative lights and two optional bunk houses for overflow guests. It was a very nice property and appeared clean/tidy. The cons: 1 dish towel, no potholders, no broom/vacuum, no can opener, no propane in the fire pits (which was resolved after calling the property manager), AC kept the house cool but was in need of repair as it was loud……
