“The house was adorable and decorated with a farmhouse look. The pool was amazing, clean, with a large deck and plenty of patio furniture. The property had decorative lights and two optional bunk houses for overflow guests. It was a very nice property and appeared clean/tidy. The cons: 1 dish towel, no potholders, no broom/vacuum, no can opener, no propane in the fire pits (which was resolved after calling the property manager), AC kept the house cool but was in need of repair as it was loud……

“Well located, exactly as advertised, comfortable beds and all amenities that are needed. We wanted a one story house because our friends have mobility issues, and this fit the bill. ”

“Spent 4 days in Granite Bay celebrating my brother’s life. Lots of family and friends were in town and everyone loved the house that we had found on VRBO. Perfect location close to the Folsom Lake county park, grocery stores and where the memorial services were. Great backyard for bird watching and hanging out. Eli kept in contact with us the whole time. Easy check in and check out. Four cars fit in the driveway without a problem.”

“My husband and I stayed here o be near Auburn for The Canyons 100 mile race. The location is close to all. We could get to stores and restaurants quickly and easily. It served our purpose for what we needed. Fair price for the type of home. It is older and remodeled. I it was clean it is in a neighborhood and you can hear the neighbors dog barking but that want to Bad. We had ants but nothing we couldn’t Handel. Grateful for the washing machine and the home is well stocked. Communication was……
