“The house is beautiful and peaceful and so spacious. Beach access just steps away and very private - fantastic walking or just hanging out beach area. We loved the screened in porches and the sunrise view from the top deck was storybook. Pools and hot tub are quite a distance away, but very nice and we rented bikes to get there, which our teens really liked. The kitchen is incredible - spacious, well appointed, high end appliances. “The location of this villa is ideal. Close to the beach, within a very small walking distance of the pool and amenities and easy access to the main road! The villa was immaculate and the furnishings comfortably met our needs as 6 large adults. The additional large porches gave couples the opportunity for a lovely retreat from activities.I would recommend this property to my friends and family.”

“This is the fifth property we've stayed at on Jekyll over the past 5 years and the best value overall. Location is excellent with an easy walk to the beach anytime other than high tide. The property is fenced and several bikes were provided, making the stay very comfortable for our large family who brought along our dog. “This fantastic property was perfect for our family vacation! It was clean, modern, and beautifully decorated. The three bedrooms and two sitting areas allowed us to spread out, and the six seater table was great for dinner! They even had a water and food bowl for our doggo! The back patio has beautiful lighting, and the yard is fenced. Loved the location (two blocks from the beach). Can’t wait to return! ”

“Loved the place. Plenty of room, awesome job on the renovations. Be careful with your small furrbies as they can slip thru the fence bars. It was a very short drive to restaurants and the beach. The only thing i did not like is that it was a duplex and the guest on other side complained about our dog barking. But in all its an awesome place. Very comfortable. ”

“Very nice accommodations with these observations: TV's need some instructions, I couldn't get "regular" channels (like NBC,PBS, etc.); microwave surface light over stove not working; two pot-holders stained, not clean; I had to totally clean out coffee maker (but I didn't run vinegar through it); although we did not need to use gas fireplace, there was not screen/glass covering it (possible safety issue!); wobbly sink fixture. “Great condo with bathrooms for every bedroom. Lovely balcony to enjoy the ocean view. Only recommendations I would make is adding liquid measuring cup and better stocked paper goods (tp and paper towel and garbage bags). THe bikes were wonderful to use.”

“The house is really pretty. There is plenty of room and beautiful bathrooms for each bedroom. The neighbors that own their homes around this unit are very friendly, nice people. The unit was very clean and has everything you need to cook a meal if you want to, minus the groceries of course. The Staff is also very friendly and easy to contact. I had an issue keeping the outside fire pit lit and Tad came within minutes to square us away. It's a very nice place and we enjoyed ourselves. Thank you!”

“Nice townhouse in a very nice area of Jekyll Island. The unit was nicely decorated. Very comfortable beds. The kitchen was just okay. Most of the cookware and utensils were pretty tired and definitely need to be refreshed. Walls could use a coat of paint as well. We like the area very much but probably would not rent this unit again.”
