“Overall, the stay was enjoyable—beds were very comfortable, rooms were spacious, and everything was clean and well-maintained. Definitely ticked the boxes for comfort. However, a few things could be improved. There wasn’t a good range of late-night snacks, and nothing could be ordered after 9pm. “I had booked the room with bathtub and it was on the Hotel.com site room description, which I had always booked previously. Then I was given the room without the bathtub and the A/C had a terrible smell. There was no other similar room to exchange that night and I had to put up with that smell. “My family live in Glen Waverley, so we staying here is very convenient. The Glen shopping center, Metro station, bus station & some restaurants are very close with hotel. The hotel facilities are also very good and clean, but there are not enough Body Wash and toilet paper (I stayed 9 nights). Also, I can’t access the Wi-Fi. Anyway, I will stay here again.”
