“Location was convenient. The toilet seats were not so clean. The front desk lady with short hair and glasses was not very helpful. For the two mornings that I went to the office for assistance, she was on phone. “We had a stay for 5 days and 4 nights. Everything was great except the cleaning service. Every time we got back to our hotel room, the condition was terrible. It was uncleaned and untidied. The blanket and bed sheet were everywhere as if somebody just slept on it. No change of towels. Surface was never wiped. Very disappointed. ”
