“チームで対応してくださりとても丁寧でした。チェックインまでは初めてはとてもびっくりするかもしれないです。サイトの料金のほかにデポジット支払いがあります。鍵を受け取る際にパスポートの写真とデポジットが必要です。お部屋はとても広く快適でした。都市部なので、そとの騒音は多少あります。一階にあるセブンイレブンはとても便利でした。アーリーチェックアウトにも対応していただき、とても助かりました。”

“Very good location. MRT Conlay subway station 3 minutes walk. Large trendy shopping mall Pavilion, 12 min walk. We had a 1-bedroom apartment with view of Petronas Twin Towers from the bedroom. Our apartment had stove, microwave and washing machine with dry cycle. The rooftop infinity swimming pool is a great selling point for this property. Might be very busy at times. Security staff very good. There is not very close 7-Eleven or other convenience store around. Be aware while booking this is……

“The property is well located; it's within walking distance or a short monorail/train ride to most attractions and lots of dining options. The pool is stunning and the washer/dryer is very handy. You'll need to supply your own pool and hand towels though. The check in process was more convoluted than it needed to be with the agent's preference for using messaging apps. Our major criticism would be that there are insufficient lifts for the building, with long waits around check in and check out……

“Hotel staff wanted nothing to do with our booking. Obviously it was a privately owned unit. No tea or coffee but a pod machine was available. Lifts take ages. But the views were magnificent.Expedia accused us of missing the checkout time and threatened us with additional charges. Would have been good if they had asked nicely first as we could easily prove we left on time instead o going straight to threats ”
