“We absolutely loved this little house! It is perfectly decorated and thoughtfully filled with everything you could need while away from home. The neighborhood was quiet and close to everything we had planned for our weekend. ”

“The house was very nice inside. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. Especially appreciated the coffee, tea and creamer on hand. We will use this property again in the future. It was cold so we couldn’t take advantage of the pool and outside area but they were inviting. This property was very close to a nice playground as well as the Children’s museum and Indian Riverside Park. ”

“I don't know how to start this review so I'm just going to stick to facts that are backed up by photos, videos & messages in regards to this property. Prior to renting, we were familiar with the area so have nothing bad to say about it or the amenities at Island Village - we knew what we were getting into & didn't have expectations of a stay at The Ritz. That being said, the unit itself was beyond filthy- I'll just highlight a few things. Both bathrooms were heavily soiled- toilets were heavily……

“Hosts were very kind, accommodating and timely in communication. Perfectly located within a couple minute drive of the ocean/public beaches. Home was perfect for our party of 9, plenty of room to socialize, relax. Kitchen fully equipped. Only oops: there is no sandy beac as shown in the online pictures. It has been replaced with a grassy preserve area which hindered to “lounge on a beach” at the property. All in all, a great trip for our family and I would recommend this property to others.”

“My teen sons and I live two towns north and wanted to enjoy a vacation in our own area, so we booked the Pink House. Each son brought a friend, and the house was absolutely perfect for us! There was ample space for everyone to sleep, the pool area and putting range were great and the garage game room was a crowd favorite. We were a quick drive to the beach, the mall and Publix. We cooked meals at the house and it had everything we needed. Christi was communicative and friendly. Highly recommend……
