“We went to our room and then left to see the area. When we returned to our room, our tv would not work properly. The gentleman, Mark, working at the front desk; came to our room and did everything to make the tv work. When it wouldn't, he moved us to an upgraded room at no extra charge. He made sure everything was perfect in the new room. He was so gracious and helpful. Breakfasts were very good, too. Great location to walk in Ligonier. We will recommend this hotel to anyone who wants……

“Trash overflowing in can outside the exit door for at least 3 days and left in bags under the steps in hall, made it stink. We had to turn the cold water off under the kitchen sink, it flooded underneath after getting a glass of water from it. My husband noticed it leaking around the neck.”

“Standard hotel, our room was clean and comfortable. Amazing pillows! You can tell they are making updates. Standard ammenities. No coffee in room but 24 hour coffee in lobby which was nice. Great value.”
