“Property was amazing. The shore was within a quick walking distance with lots of places to wash off afterward. Unfortunately NONE of the units have air conditioning and it’s about 80 inside during August. They will provide 2 fans buts during the day it’s hot. Unit B was beautiful inside but unfortunately the train ran and the traffic from the street was also quite noisy. We’d stay again but would be picky with which building we stay in and hope for more of an ocean breeze to keep it cool. ”

Close to restaurants, coffee shops and other shops.The pool and tub was amazing and there was plenty of space for our 12 person group.The only real downside was the coffee machine wasn't working when we were there and had issues using the outlets on that wall in the kitchen. ”

“Great place to stay in Del Mar! We are in Del Mar not infrequently for soccer tournaments. Not sure how we’ve never stayed here before. A bit dated, but tons of space, friendly staff, plenty of towels, directly on the beach, easy parking, walkable to all the cute shops and restaurants, and reasonably priced considering location and size of the apartment. Will absolutely book here again. ”

“The property is newly remodeled and easily accommodated 12 guests. Loved the ability to access the exterior from two of the bedrooms. All toiletries and kitchen supplies were provided which made things very convenient. Communication with the property manager was excellent. 10 out of 10!”

“Great place to get away from the city. More dry and dessert. Lots of beautiful balconies, peaceful. So many games and fun things to do. Gas table fire, cornhole, pool table, numerous tvs, spacious rooms with sitting areas and desks. Beautifully decorated. All the amenities we needed. Full stocked kitchen for all our cooking needs. Close to winery, walking trails and easy access to delivery and going out. No internet service at the house so download your Wi-Fi network and password at the gate to……
