“The lady at the front desk was very pleasant and accommodating. She even did a check-in courtesy call to make sure we were still staying before we checked in. The Red Roof Inn was nicely renovated and very clean. It was a 2 night stay and we asked housekeeping to refresh our room. They did an excellent job! The mattresses even bed bug protection liners. “The bad part is i made reservation an they didn't have my room for me and told me they didn't have one and when i showed them my reservation was made they put in in a room but told me they were going to move me to a different one so this was not good after your long trip so i didn't bring my bags up to the room, time went by an nothing so i went got my bags so that i could get showered and relaxed. They ended up letting me stay in that room because rhe one i reserved was not available for me ”

“The service was great! The front desk person even turned the AC down to cool off the room before we got there, which was much appreciated! The room was fine, except it smelled like cigarette smoke. We would stay there again, just in a different room, lol.”
