“This is an outstanding property, I'm glad to say it exceeded my expectations. Paquera CR isn't the tourist mecca, IE an all inclusive. If you want to enjoy CR with a local feel and experience this is a place for you. The owners were responsive to questions and w/recommendations sheet to go. We loved CURU and the wildlife refuge, great hiking trails, great beach..”

“We are three couples who travel together a lot. We each had a bedroom and a bathroom but one bedroom and bathroom is up a narrow narrow spiral staircase. Air conditioning was good in the bedrooms but there isn’t any in the kitchen. All socializing, relaxing, game playing, etc is outside because there is only a kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms inside. But there is a huge outdoor kitchen where we cooked everything. Johanna came to clean every day except Sunday. The view was beautiful, lots of beach……

“I never wanted to leave! With the beautiful yard, the beach, the tide pools and Cheyo and his wonderful dogs, Sand Dollar Cove was heavenly! We wanted to stay somewhere away from the crowds where we could relax and enjoy the outdoors, and we did! The birds and howler monkeys were plentiful. Elizabeth and Jim were excellent hosts and quick to answer my questions. I’m already scheming to go back. Thank you so much, Elizabeth and Jim, for sharing your magical place.”

“Amazing, beautiful, secure location. Only small complaint is that there was no laundry detergent as advertised and the shampoo/ conditioner in the master bedroom shower was not filled. ”
