“The hospitality of the staff was beyond expectations and reproach. Their willingness to accommodate requests was at a level that I have never experienced at other hotels. I felt comfortable and at home. ”

The only downside is some of the rooms heating isn’t working at all. ”
“Awesome place to stay! Staff is friendly and in a great location - walkable to the craft bazaar, Clock Tower Plaza, Textile Museum, bars and restaurants. Some things are showing signs of wear and tear, but not a deal breaker. No A/C, but there’s a ceiling fan that does the trick.”

“We had a spectacular time. In addition to a beautiful property the entire staff were exceptionally good and caring. The hotel has excellent food, great outdoor activities. Two areas to improve, the access road and the gym where the machines did not work well. Overall a wonderful stay.”
