“Convenient location to beach access, restaraunts, shopping, Walgreens, super max market and close to airport as well a cruise ship ports. Stayed for 4 nights and did have a main water pipe break the first night, but was fixed the next day. Wifi didn't work until last 2 days of stay, but would deleting stay again due to the convenience of everything around it. It is located in town so it's quite noisy, but i think you'll get that in allot of places unless they're insulated better. ”

“Had a great time. Building was safe. Liked that many restaurants and bars are within walking distance so no need to worry about DUI. Was clean enough, but could use a really deep clean. The shower curtain was nasty, with visible dirt on it. I soent $3 and replaced. I would also suggest updating the decorations and plates, glasses, silverwear. All was mismatched, dingy and ugly. Seriously, you could charge more if you invested like $1500 to redecorate. Having said all that, i would stay hete……

“This entire listing is a scam! The pictures and amenities listed are from the Wyndham in Rio Grande, the ACTUAL property is the Aquátika property in Loiza. We didn’t find this out until we were on the plane to PR, finally received a text from the property (after days of trying to reach them) and realized it wasn’t located anywhere near where we thought we were staying, but decided to check it out, still hopeful it would be nice. We paid extra for the “Beachfront Villa” which boasted ocean views……

"Overall it's a good experience, I can honestly say that The ocean front room view is amazing and worthy of every single penny!!!! Something I recommend is to rent a car so you can always go outside and eat in local restaurant. The restaurants inside the resort is overprice, breakfast food is good and the restaurant Nectar is good. Other restaurant is not worth it. Besides pricey dining, staff that works in the resort are super super friendly and nice!!! Which is also boost my experience. So I will definitely recommend stay here for the beach view and relaxation. The ocean front view is 10/10, Hospitality is 8/10. Overall experience including room service and cleaning is like a 7.5/10. My bed sheets had some stain, and when I order room service, instead of a proper full experience room service cart, They just gave us like to go boxes and some plastic forks and spoons, I kinda was expecting a more formal luxury room service experience. "
