“The food served is lousy. The food in the Sheraton club is even worse. The seating arrangement there is also bad. A 5 star hotel should be much better. The room tried to be cyber and intelligent but in a stupid way. After one person goes out for a few minutes, the light and aircond would be automatically turned off even though another person is still in. The arrangement of furniture is also bad. “Good hotel with good staff and well maintained. It's far from Xian points of interests. Big problem is that no one speaks english AT ALL. Not even few words. It's really hard for a basic communication and it' COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE for a.high level hotel like a Crowne Plaza”
