“My only complaint is the smoke smell through the whole hotel. We had a non smoking room but the smell was overwhelmingly bad, we even had to go buy some room spray. And when we got home all of our clothes smelled awful. (And we were on the 3rd floor). Other than that, our room was quiet and clean! The jacuzzi tub was very enjoyable and the bed very comfortable! ”

“這次來住宿四晚，基本上這是提供一個簡單的房間，有冰箱、微波爐、瓦斯爐跟電視機。沒有提供個人清潔用品，如牙刷、沐浴乳等，衛生紙只有兩捲。簡單講，把它當作是民宿一部份應該不為過。每天不會清潔房間，除非您提出需要，再付一點費用就會幫您清潔，如果住一個星期以上的話，建議每星期打掃一次。 整體環境算是乾淨，靠交流道進，所以要去其他地方逛或是吃飯算是很方便，但是步行很難，基本上都要開車出去或是租Uber/Lyft等。 如果要便宜，這是一個好選擇，但是如果要享受住宿服務跟清潔的話，可能要多付一點錢去市區的高級飯店。”

“Hotel is basic, no frills, which is fine but the rooms could be cleaner and brighter. The carpet was dark but coupled that with a small ceiling light it felt quite dark. There's no lift, which was fine for us, but elderly people or someone with heavy luggage would struggle. Breakfast was available, but just toast, butter, cheese and yoghurt, no meat. The 2-slice toaster definitely need to upgraded. Staff was friendly, so no complaints there. One thing I really liked was that coffee was available……

“Dated and in below-average condition. Was not asked if I preferred smoking or non-smoking, and was given a smoking room. Fridge was very noisy. Not up to the usual standard i have come to expect from a Quality hotel - at all. ”

“The Farnham did an amazing job in all areas of hospitality. The service, the food and the hotel were five star even though I believe it is a four star hotel. The only thing that was a problem is the lack of humidity in the HVAC both my daughter and I. We were so dry in our rooms. I would like to stay there again, but I would probably buy a personal humidifier for my time there.. otherwise keep up the great work”

“We happened upon the Hotel Indigo and were going to cancel out stay due to an unexpected family matter. However, when we walked into the hotel to cancel I was so impressed by the vibe that we kept our reservation. Even though we only stayed a night, it was a fantastic stay. The staff, the atmosphere, the decor all made it an almost ethereal experience. We will be back!”
