“The room is very tidy and clean, and also very new. Although this hotel is not close to the city center, the transportation is not too inconvenient. Given its very reasonable price, the slight inconvenience of transportation is not an issue at all. The only downside is that my room faces the railway tracks, and there is some noise from passing trains at night, but it’s not too loud.”

“Excellent service de la part du personnel ! Endroit idéal près de tout. Situé à 2 minutes du métro Karlsplatz. Très facile d'accès depuis l'aéroport (30 min max via le train et métro) pour seulement 4,6 euros. Très bon buffet le matin. La qualité du matelas est A-1. Nous marchions plus de 10 km par jour et nous avions besoin de bien dormir. Assurément que nous y retournerons ! Excellent rapport qualité/prix.”

“The room and the linens are clean. A tram station is 4 minutes walk from the hotel, and 5 minutes for a metro station. Cons: There is only 20 cm between the toilet seat and the sink. We only found 3 sockets for charging smart phones, and only 1 of them is at the bedside. I found the sofabed not so comfortable. ”

“I went for a family trip and lived in this hotel. The slim and blond girl-receptionist (sorry for forgetting her name) who provided excellent service which was full of caring and warmth, and the superb services provided by Mr. Alejandra(may be I spelled wrongly) and Mr. Alexander Litz during breakfast times made me feel like home and being a friend of them! Last but not least, the cleaningness of my hotel room and the unforgettable breakfasts made me determined to stay again when I am back to……

“Good location ”

“Room was clean, everything looked new, and location was very convenient. The problem was that weather was hot and there was no AC and only one fan in the room, which made it very uncomfortable. We didn't sleep well for two nights.”

“Hotel was good and clean. Front desk guys were friendly and helpful. Hotel location was very convenience, The bus # 14A bus in front of the hotel. Having try the bus yet. The nearby tram 0 and subway U1 can bring you to city center, Walking distant to Wien Central Station but I am lazy to connect with tram. Hotel overall was very good and higher recommended. Next Vienna tour will stay with the Hotel Caroline again for sure. Thank you. ”

“The location is fantastic. Not far from the main attractions but without the crowds. Surrounded by great local bistros and restaurants. We stayed in the smallest room but it's still spacious enough for us to open two luggages on the floor. The bathroom is compact and well designed. The snack/drinks bar on the mezzanine floor is great. We also found the staff there very helpful and nice. Overall a very pleasant stay.”

“Just 5 mins walk to Vienna central train station, very convenient to take public transport. Very nice staff and room decorations is quite new. But no kettle provided, we can only use the nespresso machine for hot water but the water will come with coffee taste. Hope can provide kettle in future. ”
