“New and well appointed with a few nearby dining options in a pleasant area. To connect to WiFi requires signing onto Hilton Honors, which is a nuisance. The hotel charges a $100 ‘incidentals fee’ which is returned a checkout. The Expedia app did not disclose this information.”

“Booked this hotel last minute as we traveled into Virginia on a quick two day trip. The desk clerk Zulius was fantastic, extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms were very updated, clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.”

“Exactly as described. An older mom and pop motel which is deceiving from the outside. The room was updated, VERY CLEAN, and the bathroom was excellent. A great stay on my way home from DC. Would definitely stay again.”

“The location is great, located between Winchester and Front Royal. The people that work there are the best! They helped me with carrying things and a few times with bringing my breakfast to the table since I am on crutches. I would like to especially thank Ericka, Elaina, Yolonnie, Janet, Rosie and Diego. Things that need to be fixed: the window shades in some rooms do not work, some of the phones you can't get a dial tone or the call the front desk, lights in the bathroom ceilings in some rooms……

“I have never seen a hotel like this. They were very specific on customer behaviors they felt as acceptable. Signs were posted everywhere. It almost felt they were too controlling. But as a customer, I actually liked it! It's a paradigm shift for me. Would I reserve a room again? Probably. Actually definitely! I just wish I knew these things before I booked.”

“Overall this is a great place and very convenient for going to Shenandoah. The only aspect where I thought things were lacking was the cleaning, as there was a bag of trash left hanging from the door and there was no shampoo. I didn’t discover the missing shampoo until it was too late to do anything about it, which was unfortunate because I really wanted to wash my hair.”

“The property is easy to miss because there is one entry lane, and the property is set back out of easy sight from the road. The setback does provide for a quieter environment. The toilet seat has a lid, so items can be placed on it, helpful in the absence of hooks.”
