“Stowe is firmly implanted in my brain as an amazing place to visit, and the Timberholm plays a big part of this. Just a few minutes drive outside of the town centre, it's easily accessible and yet far away enough that it feels secluded and peaceful. “It was just me and my 20 y/o daughter on our now annual big mountain ski trip. She loved the breakfast, the bathtub, shower, and room in general. I enjoyed all of these as well but location was super important. Staying at the resort wasnt exsactly budget friendly and they make getting a reservation a pain. This place is located at essentially the bottom of the mou tain. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the skiing but it is a straight shot.Staff was super friendly. They offer tons of amenities……

“Bud was very hospitable and overall great! Externally, very aesthetic and inviting. The interior can definitely use some TLC, but it really also depends on your expectations. It’s a country house so don’t expect anything lavish or over the top. Another reviewer wrote that it’s like staying at grandma’s. Couldn’t agree more. “Excellent breakfast! Sitting room available for guests was comfy with coffee/tea and delicious homemade cake. All very clean. Our room was small with little area for luggage. Hot/Cold water was reversed, but without my glasses on in the bathroom I couldn't read the script cap on the faucet. We ran the water for quite a while before we figured it out. Randy very knowledgeable about the area and a wealth of information on Stowe and environs. Would definitely stay here again.”

“We celebrated my husband’s birthday at the house, and it was amazing! The house was perfect for couples and single people. There was enough space to hang out, play games and have dinner all together. Hot tub and sauna were a great addition to relax after all day skiing in Stowe. I wish the house was a little closer to Stowe but 40 min drive was doable. I really appreciate the responsiveness of the host and highly recommend them for booking. ”

“We stayed here for 3 nights with our small pup to snowboard at Stowe. It’s only approx 30mins to Stowe Mtn. Tyler is a great host, he kept checking in on us making sure we are enjoying out stay. Glad he suggested we park on top ny the entrance as there was going to be a winterstorm and we do not have an AWD or winter tires. The perfect tiny house for us, quiet and cute. Loved the hot tub! Super relaxing after a long day on the mtn. Highly recommend!!!”
