“It was a magical Father’s Day weekend at the lake cabin. I surprised my husband so he can go fishing on the lake and he had a blast. We traveled with our 14 month old baby and it was a great place for him as well. The living room is large and open and he was able to run around and play with his toys. The cabin was super clean and accommodating, perfect for our family of three. The view is beautiful and calming. Communication with the host was fast. I give it 5 stars! ”

“We stayed at this retreat in the woods for a 3 day concert run at Bethel Woods. It was clean, quite & close to the venue. The yard was huge and we spent lots of time at the fire pit. Our favorite beach on the Delaware River was only 12 minuets away so we spent our days river side. Plenty of parking and the host was very helpful with our questions. We will definitely be rebooking!”

“We absolutely loved Debra's place! It was the perfect setting for a weekend getaway. The cabin was well adorned and had everything we needed to relax and enjoy the amazing Lake Wallkill community. We felt like we were immersed in nature but at the same time we're close to Mountain Creek resort for biking and many stores/great restaurants. Being right next to the lake was great for enjoying sunrises and sunsets too and it was a quick walk from the front door. Debra was an outstanding host-her……

“Great spot with river view, lovely wooden interior for cozy cabin feel. Wood stove for a nice evening by the fire, but modern heating. Well appointed kitchen. Hot tub fantastic. Fire pit looks awesome but didn’t get to use. On a scenic road along the Delaware, 10 mins to port jervis restaurants and bowling alley memory lanes. Milford worth the trip, great Main Street walkable shopping. Raymondskills falls was cool. Nice owners very easy to communicate. To turn the shower on, pull the little knob……

“Stayed for three days with my partner. Cabin is a small place with a bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. The size wasn’t an issue since it was expected. You’ll maneuver yourself through if you’re a bigger person. It is next to a running stream that you can hear from the bedroom (very calming). Note: it is about 20-30 yards away from a main road, so any traffic that goes through there you will be able to hear. It wasn’t that much but it’s not a being secluded in the woods quiet.”

Perfect for a solo traveler or a couple looking to completely unplug and unwind. The large deck overlooks the falls, and there’s a separate spot down a short path with a fire pit and Adirondack chairs—pure magic. “The listing, if anything, undersells the quality and cleanliness of the property. Spacious, well-appointed rooms, comfortable locations for cooking, movie watching, or conversations by the fire. The hosts could not have been more gracious, and everything was clear and easy to locate. We had everything we needed in the kitchen to make a large, complicated dinner and then spent a great night eating it by the fire (they even gave us firewood!)
