“The first room provided had a smoke smell. We had to take all are luggage back to the first floor front desk. We changed rooms. There is a swimming pool but in the Winter, we enjoy the spa but they didnt provide it. My son was cold so he wanted to take a bath but the water stopper was broken. Staff tried to fix it but she said tomorrow at 7 am people could come to fix it or we could change rooms again. We do not appreciate the service but we did not want to change rooms again. “We enjoyed the hotel. The beds and pillows are comfy. Kitchen area was nice. Hot water shower perfect. Very spacious. Pubic hair in towel. No blanket or sheet for hideabed. Spatula with no stove not a problem just weird. The nighboring rooms and hallway were loud. All in all in would stay again. Great value.”

“This a beautiful property but the landscaping is not being maintained. You cannot see the Ramada sign at the entry for the weeds. It is in the process of being remodeled while still open. The staff and rooms are wonderful. The lobby and breakfast are wonderful. I wish Wyndam would give it the attention it deserves. It is in a very convenient neighborhood, but just needs a clean up.”

“Excellent staff, room was clean. Did not like that I had absolutely no view other than a dirty roof top. The guest above us were constantly noisy walking, you could hear their steps day and night. The parking was sometimes limited on weekends.”
