“The house was exceptionally clean and the host was a true delight. Mr. Calvin was extremely helpful when the coffeemaker didn't work. He supplied us with a new one and insisted on providing us with coffee the first morning. He also helped us figure out how to watch the LSU football game. We also enjoyed the animals on the property, particularly the donkey.”

“The house was very clean! Beds and mattresses were very comfortable and clean. (That's a major benefit.) Living room furniture was newer and very comfortable. Drawers were labled in the kitchen and it was very helpful. They were stocked with items you needed. The grounds and area around home were a peaceful and serene. “It looks like a classic farmhouse but it’s a perfect place for a small group who need a place to stay. Current conveniences, very clean and well stocked amenities. We only used the kitchen for breakfast but you could easily use it for lunch and dinner and the property is nice that you could enjoy outdoor dining. Would readily return in the future ”

“Charming farmhouse, immaculate, comfortable beds, beautiful antique furniture, peaceful and relaxing setting. Host was very responsive, easy check in with generous check out time. Everything you needed was provided to include firewood for the firepit and thoughtful extras like water bottles, snacks, and a selection of coffee pods.
