“We picked this VRBO for the location and the previous reviews the host has coffee and many other items in place we did not have any instances of wishing for something. The place was very clean neat and the area was quiet and in a great location to get to the base. Parking was great not having to park on the street was very nice. This is either the best VRBO we have had or tied with it I am recommending to everyone that goes to Anchorage.”

“The property was described as an in-law unit. It described the beautiful garden, it did not state it was a dark basement unit. When we complained about the inaccurate description, Cheri told us that in Alaska in-law units are always in the basement. Our friends in Anchorage told us it was not true. When the owner showed us the unit, all the lights were on and the TV was on. The only dark window was dirty. The floor was painted pitch black. We used the garden only one time as the owner used it or……

“The bed was comfortable, but up against the wall. Very difficult for one of us to get in and out of bed. One of the window shades would not pull down. There is no bathroom door, just a curfain. Two tiny coffee pods that don't work well in the coffee maker. TV was out on our third evening. Fine for one person, not for two.”
