“The property was close to many amenities(good restaurants, coffee shop) a short walk away but the property itself was in a fairly run down part of town. I think a new coat of paint and some deep cleaning on the heating unit would really freshen the place up. There was a nice supply of kitchen essentials and the best quality paper towel and toilet paper. It was a very good price for what it was but we didn't love it.”

“Communication with the property manager was prompt and helpful, even arranged return of a left item after our departure. The house was clean and well appointed with amenities including a variety of kitchen cooking items left behind by previous visitors. My boys loved the yard and the opportunity to play in the snow. We had issues getting into the property on arrival but a quick call to the property manager sorted things out. ”

“What a charming cabin! It was very welcoming. I greatly appreciated the instructions that were texted to us, and that were left in the cabin. That was very helpful. We had a very relaxing stay and a lot of fun. It was great to have the games and the DVDs there; our grandchildren spent a couple of nights with us, as well, because it was such a nice place. “In the foothills overlooking Anchorage. Liked the location. Downstairs apartment with quite a few stairs so not good for anyone with problems walking or toting heavy suitcases. Some upstairs noise. Living room and kitchen quite small but we made do as we were gone most of the time. More suited to a couple than three though and not really set up for cooking meals. Two nice size bedrooms. Full size bathroom but could use some updating. Lovely porch with view of city. Nice quiet neighborhood.”
