“LOVED the unit, decor, fragrances and the quality of everything inside. I wish there was an extra deadbolt or other way to lock once inside, I felt insecure. The bar downstairs has live bands that play past quiet hours. They have earplugs next to the bed but I wish I knew beforehand that was even an issue. “I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the property. It was so well set up, everything we needed was available. The private porch area is great for relaxing and the hot tub was clean and well-kept. The neighborhood is outside of city limits but the drive to anything we wanted to do was short. I would stay here again any time I’m in San Marcos! You can tell the owner takes pride in providing an excellent experience. ”

“This was the perfect place to stay for our Thanksgiving family reunion. It is neat, tidy, comfortable, and well-appointed. I'd give it a 5-star but it did have a few minor maintenance issues (knob on tub was broken, bathroom door didn't fully latch closed). Would definitely stay again in the future! Thank you :-)”

“Overall it was a good time. The shower and bathroom were great. The hot tub situation and game room was overrun with kids a lot of the time so the water was muddy and stinky. The stuff in the game room is ok. There were kids standing on the pool table when we went by. The teepee and fire pit were well stocked. I am thankful the message said to get firewood. Overall we will return. I know expecting people to monitor children is not your fault but maybe make some stace for only adults would……
