“House is as described and suitable. However, having stayed in several other houses in the area, it was not my favorite. AC is off upon arrival - it took about 8 hours to cool down, so no one slept well the first night. Beds have no top sheet, which is a personal preference, but we all found it odd. No TV downstairs and the one upstairs didn’t work wellLimited pillowsCheap toilet paper and zero soap or toiletries Dining table chairs need to be repairedCommunication was good, arrival and Departure……

“Great property and a perfect stay for a Texas State football game! Pet friendly with a fence around part of the backyard. Host was very responsive as well. ”
