“This is a good place to stay - the house is great and the location is perfect. However, the check in ptocess was very frustrating. The VRBO listing gives the wrong address, so when we arrived we pulled into a neighbor's driveway by accident. This apparently happens a lot because the neighbor (who was home) immediately pointed us to the correct house. Then the check in instructions gave the wrong key code for the front door, so we had to call and message the host multiple times just to get……

“We rented this property for 2 weeks. We plan a summer trip every year, after looking at numerous properties and units we decided on this one as the reviews seemed pretty positive. Mind you we also paid in full a year in advance. We arrived saturday afternoon and upon first inspection we realized the home desperately needed repairs. It was listed as a handicapped friendly home but the door has no railing, and there was also a small flight of stairs to use the bathroom and showers. The showers……

“The interior design was nice for our bigger family group. Easy to get to Virginia Beach and even easier to the bay. Unfortunately the house smelled heavily like pets. As a pet friendly house we should have expected that.”

“The manager made a mistake. He owned it and gave us a better place. The parking could have been better. It served our purposes well. It was quiet and private. My husband fished every morning. Our first choice would not have been as nice.”

“Had a great time close to everything that we could need. Within walking distance of a shopping center. The beach is small butt family friendly. The only drawback to hear is not for us but for most tourist people there's no souvenir places nearby. But overall we loved it the best one we've had in a while”
